AMENDATORY ORDER |
The Examiner issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter on July 15, 1983, directing, in part, that respondent make the complainant whole by making his promotion to lieutenant effective November 17, 1980, the date of record upon which respondent had promoted two other employees to lieutenant.
Respondent having reviewed its records in preparation for compliance with the Examiner's Order, and having advised the Examiner that its records showed an effective date of November 19, 1980 for the promotions to lieutenant, and complainant having been advised of respondent's representations, having been given an opportunity to object, and the Examiner having received no such objection from complainant:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED
1. In the fourth paragraph of the facts on page 10, the date of promotion is corrected to read November 19, 1980.
2. The date in the final line of paragraph 4 of the Conclusions of Law is corrected to read November 19, 1980.
3. Paragraph 2a of the Order is corrected to reflect a date of November 19, 1980, wherever the date of November 17, 1980, appears in the original Order.
4. The corrected Notice is attached.
