RU-1059-89 THE CITY OF NEW YORK and RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ------------------------------ x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new title of Associate Human Rights Specialist should be substituted for the reclassified titles of Supervising Human Rights Specialist and Principal Human Rights Specialist in Certification No. 37-78 (as amended), but that the latter titles should not be deleted from the Certification until they become vacant; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 37-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Associate Human Rights Specialist, subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is further ORDERED that the titles of Supervising Human Rights Specialist, and Principal Human Rights Specialist be deleted from the cited Certification when they become vacant.
