4 OCB2d 7 (BOC 2011) 2 for employees in the title Customer Information Representative, Levels I, II, and III (Title Code No. 60888). The results were inconclusive. Accordingly, pursuant to OCB Rule § 1-02(q), a run-off election was conducted. The ballots were counted on January 4, 2011. The majority of employees casting valid ballots selected District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO as their representative for collective bargaining. No party filed objections in the time provided by OCB Rule § 1-02(r). NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46C-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to add the title Customer Information Representative, Levels I, II, and III (Title Code No. 60888), subject to existing contracts, if any.
