RU-738-80 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED that New York State Nurses Association is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Registered Professional Nurses (CETA), 1 Staff Nurses, 2 Nurse-Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Head Nurses, Head Nurses, and Supervisors of Nurses, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
