MEMORANDUM OF JUDGMENT
Having reviewed the draft Solicitor-Client Bill of Costs and ancillary documents, and the submissions of counsel with respect to costs, I hereby set $25,000 as the amount of costs payable to the plaintiff by the defendants Al=s Truck Stop Ltd. and Aljon Holdings Limited, pursuant to the Court=s order of June 5, 1997, said sum to be inclusive of all disbursements and inclusive of the cost of the Phase II environmental audit.
