Summary:

On October 31, 2016, pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and section 6.0 of the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) for acceptance of the following:
i. the Commodity Portfolio supply allocation between monthly and daily priced contracts as well as the monthly and daily market premiums for Commodity Portfolio baseload and seasonal transactions not yet accepted by the Commission (Commodity Portfolio Filing); ii. the Midstream Portfolio supply allocation between monthly and daily priced contracts as well as the monthly and daily market premiums for Midstream Portfolio seasonal transactions (Midstream Portfolio Filing). Newly executed storage and redelivery contracts previously accepted by the Commission were also referenced for informational purposes;
