WITHDRAWAL ORDER

[1]       In this application, the Applicants complained of noise in their unit caused by piano playing in a neighbouring unit.

[2]       Following an exchange of documents, the Applicants advised that for personal reasons they wish to withdraw the Application. Neither Respondent nor the Intervenor has registered an objection to the withdrawal.

[3]       Rule 43.1(d) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice states that the Tribunal will end Stage 3 and close the case if the Applicant has properly informed the Tribunal that they are withdrawing their case and the Tribunal member has agreed to allow them to withdraw. I agree to allow the withdrawal, without prejudice to the applicants’ right to bring a new Application about the same issues in the future.

 

ORDER

[4]       The Application is withdrawn without prejudice to the applicants’ right to bring a new Application about the same issues in the future.
