MOTION ORDER

[1]       The Applicant requested the CAT to “stay all enforcement actions related to (a) special assessment” until the records are provided, and the dispute is fully resolved. The motion refers to a disputed special assessment, and common expenses. It also refers to collection actions, and power of sale process.

[2]       The Motion was decided without requiring additional submissions from the parties. The CAT’s records jurisdiction relates to disputes connected to the creation, retention and access to records. It does not extend to common expenses or collections actions.

ORDER
