DISMISSAL ORDER

[1]       This application is dismissed under Rule 19.1 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice. The application was about use of a video doorbell camera. The Tribunal only has the authority to hear matters under Ontario Regulation 179/17. Privacy/surveillance issues are not within the jurisdiction.

[2]       The Applicants were informed of this and asked to revise their application to include an issue that falls within the Tribunal’s jurisdiction. The Applicants did not do so and resubmitted their application. The Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the case. The Applicants did not respond to the Notice.

ORDER

1.         The Tribunal orders the Application dismissed.
