DISMISSAL ORDER

[1]       This application was submitted to the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) on October 8, 2024. It is dismissed under Rule 19.1 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice because the Applicant has not identified a provision in the condo corporation’s governing documents in relation to parking/storage that is being violated. The CAT sent a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the case. The Respondent did not reply.

[2]       The dispute relates to a temporary fence installed in the parking garage near the Applicant’s parking spot. While there is a dispute, the Tribunal has no authority to issue an order with respect to the issue.
