MOTION ORDER
[1] The Applicant has filed two cases against the Respondent, identified as Cases 2023-00548N and 2024-00315R. The Respondent joined only the former case and did not join the latter.
[2] Rule 18.2 permits the Tribunal to “direct that two or more Cases be joined or heard together, or be heard separately, if the CAT believes it would be fair to do so.”
[3] Both parties have provided submissions confirming they agree that the subject matter of both cases are sufficiently related and that the cases ought to be merged in the interest of fairness and efficiency for both parties.
ORDER
[4] The Tribunal orders that Case 2024-00315R be closed and merged with Case 2023-00548N.
