MOTION ORDER

[1]       The Parties have two Records cases before the CAT. Both cases are in Stage 1 – Negotiation. The Parties consent to merging the cases. Under Rule 4 of the CAT Rules of Practice, the Tribunal “may give directions or make Orders to provide a fair, focused and efficient process in each Case.” The issues are similar, some of the requested records overlap, and both cases are in the same stage.

[2]       I order that CAT Case # 2024-00325R be closed and the Records requests identified therein, and the issues arising from it be included in CAT Case # 2024‑00196R.
