[1] On consent of the parties, both cases noted above are merged, so that both cases may be mediated together in the same proceeding, as everyone agrees that this would be the most efficient, cost-effective and fair manner to deal with all the issues in dispute in both matters.

[2] Under section 1.37(2) of the Condominium Act, 1998 (the “Act”), Rule 4.1 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and on consent of the parties, case # 2023-00593R and 2023-00592R are merged into this proceeding to be mediated together, and case # 2023-00592R will be closed.
