MOTION ORDER

[1]       In the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s (CAT) online dispute resolution system, the Parties agreed to close this case and open a new one with an additional Respondent, the added party, Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 1808 (“TSCC 1808”).

[2]       During the Stage 2 - Mediation, the Respondent, Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 1793 (“TSCC 1793”) advised the Applicant, Karen Sievewright, that due to a shared facilities agreement between TSCC 1793 and TSCC 1808, that TSCC 1808 needed to be added to the proceeding.

[3]       The parties consented to the addition of TSCC 1808.

[4]       The CAT orders that this case is closed and the applicant must open a new file with the inclusion of TSCC 1808.

[5]       The Condominium Authority Tribunal will not charge the Applicant the cost of restarting the case with the added third party, TSCC 1808.

ORDER

[6]       The Tribunal orders that:

1.     The Respondent will provide the Applicant, by October 31, 2022, with the full contact information for the added party, TSCC 1808.

2.     The Applicant will then need to start a new case including both TSCC 1793 and TSC 1808 as respondents.

3.     The Applicant will need to serve TSCC 1798 and TSCC 1808 with a Notice of Case.

4.     The case will proceed directly to Stage 2 with the Applicant, and the two Respondents, TSCC 1798 and TSCC 1808.
