DISMISSAL ORDER
[1] The Applicant filed an application with the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT). The case proceeded to Stage 2 - Mediation on January 13, 2021.
[2] Under Rule 32.3 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice, the CAT can close a case in Stage 2 - Mediation if the CAT determines that the Applicant has abandoned their case.
[3] A Notice of Intent to Dismiss was issued on February 3, 2021, requesting submissions from the parties explaining why they believe the case should or should not be dismissed. The parties did not provide submissions within the designated time frame.
[4] As the Applicant has indicated that they no longer want to continue with their case and have not responded to my subsequent directions, I find that this case has been abandoned.
