ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

On July 19, 1989, this agency issued an order clarifying the bargaining unit certifying the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 280 as the exclusive bargaining representative of all full-time and regular part-time school bus drivers employed by the Pasco School District. Pasco School District, Decision 3217-A (PECB, 1989). At that time the bargaining unit was described as:
All full-time and regular part-time school bus drivers employed by Pasco School District No 1; excluding confidential employees, supervisors and all other employees of the employer.
On September 8, 2021, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 280 filed a written disclaimer of all representation rights concerning the bargaining unit, effective immediately.
ORDER
The certification issued in Pasco School District, Decision 3217-A (PECB, 1989) is withdrawn. The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 280’s request is granted, and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 280 no longer represents the bargaining unit.
