On September 12, 1978, Examiner Alan R. Krebs issued his findings of fact, conclusions of law and order, wherein he concluded that the above-named employer has not engaged in unfair labor practices in violation of RCW 41.56.140. The complainant filed a timely petition for review accompanied by a request for extension of time for the filing of its brief on appeal. The requested extension was granted, and both parties filed briefs on appeal .

The Commission has reviewed the record and the briefs on appeal and enters the following

ORDER

The findings of fact, conclusions of law and order of the Examiner are affirmed. The complaint filed in the above-entitled matter is dismissed.
