On June 27, 1994, counsel for the Castle Rock Education Association filed a motion, pursuant to WAC 391-45-330, to correct certain errors in the findings of fact, conclusions of law and order issued by the undersigned Examiner in the above-captioned cases. The errors noted concerned a misspelling of counsel's name, a misstatement of her practice affiliation, and an incorrect statutory citation. The Examiner has considered the motion, and concludes that it should be granted.

NOW THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1. The appearances listed on the first page of subject decision are modified to reflect that Harriet Strasberg, Attorney at Law, appeared on behalf of the union.

2. Paragraph 2 of the Findings of Fact is modified to read as follows:

The Castle Rock Education Association, and the Lower Columbia Uniserv Council, affiliated with the Washington Education Association, a bargaining representative within the meaning of RCW 41.59.020(6), is the exclusive representative of employees of the Castle Rock School District who are "certificated employees" within the meaning of RCW 41.59.020 (4) .

3. Corrected pages shall be substituted in the copies of the subject order that are submitted for publication.
