The above named complainant having, on January 21, 1986 filed complaints with the Washington Public Employment Relations Commission, wherein it was alleged that the above named respondent had committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of RCW 41.56 and, the Executive Director having allowed the complainant 14 days to file an amended complaint stating a proper cause for action; and the complainant having failed to submit the aforementioned amended complaint;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS
ORDERED
The complaint charging unfair labor practices filed in the above-entitled matter is dismissed for failure to state a cause of action.
