WHEREAS the Intermittent Workers Federation and Ruth Blankenship filed a charge alleging unfair labor practices with the Public Employment Relations Commission on February 1, 1979.

WHEREAS Ruth Blankenship filed another charge alleging unfair labor practices on March 20, 1979.

WHEREAS the City of Seattle is the respondent in both cases.

AND WHEREAS it appears to the undersigned that consolidation of these cases is appropriate.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

That Case Nos. 1952-U-79-265 and 2018-U-79-277 are consolidated.
