Examiner Kenneth J. Latch issued his findings of fact, conclusions of law and order in the above-entitled matter on June 12, 1985, dismissing the complaint. On July 3, 1985, the complainant filed a petition for review.

The petition for review was filed one day late and, therefore, was untimely. Consistent with longstanding Commission policy precedent, the petition for review must be dismissed. The petition for review is dismissed and the matter is closed.
