The complaints charging unfair labor practices were filed in the above entitled matters on November 28, 1984.A preliminary ruling was issued in the matters (Decision 2148 - PECB) on January 22, 1985, concluding under WAC 391-45-110 that the complaints failed to state causes of action and allowing the complainant fourteen days in which to file amendments to her complaints. No further documents have been received from the complainant.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The complaints charging unfair labor practices filed in the above-entitled matters are dismissed as failing to state causes of action for which relief may be granted through unfair labor practice proceedings before the Public Employment Relations Commission.
