2024-0009 June 27, 2024 Listings Advisory Committee STAFF NOTICE TO APPLICANTS, LISTED ISSUERS, SECURITIES LAWYERS AND PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS
The Listings Advisory Committee (the “Committee”) of Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) is a committee of capital market participants established to provide advice to TSX on general regulatory and business issues related to the TSX listings business. Committee members represent a variety of backgrounds and expertise, including legal, business, accounting and regulatory professions across TSX participating organizations, issuers and investors. Committee members generally serve a three-year term which may be extended.
