Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) is pleased to announce that it has published a new guide entitled “Guide to Part XI of the TSX Company Manual: Requirements Applicable to Non-Corporate Issuers” (the “Guide”). The Guide is intended to provide clear and transparent guidance to non-corporate issuers regarding the application of Part XI (Requirements Applicable to Non-Corporate Issuers) of the TSX Company Manual, including guidance on original listings, ongoing transactions, declaring distributions/dividends, and other requirements
