STAFF NOTICE TO APPLICANTS, LISTED ISSUERS, SECURITIES LAWYERS AND PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS
Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) is providing guidance with respect to certain TSX Staff Notices that are being repealed, in part or in their entirety, as they are outdated or no longer relevant, and therefore are no longer required.
The following Staff Notices are repealed in their entirety, effective immediately:
2016 2016-0003 (Stock Symbol Reservation), 2016-0005 (Potential Canada Post Disruption)
2019 2019-0001 (“POT” Stock Symbol Reservation)
2020 2020-0001, 2020-0002, 2020-0003 (COVID-19 Measures)
2021 2021-0003 (Introduction of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation)
The following chart indicates Staff Notices that are repealed in part, effectively immediately, with the remainder in full force and effect.
