STAFF NOTICE TO APPLICANTS, LISTED ISSUERS, SECURITIES LAWYERS AND PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS
Decommissioning of TSX SecureFile – TSX Reporting Forms to be filed on TMX LINX™
Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) is providing notice that, effective November 19, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. Toronto time, TSX SecureFile®, the platform on which TSX listed issuers currently access and file certain TSX Reporting Forms and make other TSX submissions, will be decommissioned and replaced with TMX LINX™.
TMX LINX is a centralized portal for TSX listed issuers and other stakeholders to interact with TSX. It is a single point of access for TSX listed issuers and their advisors to file submissions, while having transparency into the progress of their transactions.
The web-based platform enables TSX listed issuers and their legal counsel to manage the submission, send and receive documents, and communicate with TSX, all through a user-friendly and highly secure system.
Effective November 22, 2021, all TSX Reporting Forms currently accessed and filed via TSX SecureFile must be accessed and filed via TMX LINX, including the following forms:
• Reporting Form 1 - Change in Issued & Outstanding Securities
• Reporting Form 2A - Change in General Company Information
• Reporting Form 2B - Change in Jurisdiction of Incorporation (Country only)
• Reporting Form 2C - Change in Fiscal Year-End
• Reporting Form 2D - Change in Interlisting Status
• Reporting Form 2E - Change in Transfer Agent & Registrar
• Reporting Form 3 - Change in Officers / Directors / Trustees
• Reporting Form 5 - Dividend / Distribution Declaration
• Reporting Form 8 - Change in Investor Relations Contact
• Reporting Form 9A - Request for Extension for Annual Meeting
• Reporting Form 9B - Request for Extension for Financial Reporting
• Reporting Form 9C - Request for Exemption for Financial Reporting/Annual Meeting
Effective November 22, 2021, the following TSX Reporting Forms and other documents currently accessed through the TSX website (but filed via TSX SecureFile) will continue to be available on the TSX website (https://decisia.lexum.com/tsx/f/en/nav_date.do), however they must be filed on TMX LINX:
• TSX Listing Agreement
• TSX Listing Application
• Reporting Form 11 - Notice of Private Placement
• Reporting Form 11A - Price Protection Form
• Reporting Form 12 - Notice of Intention To Make a Normal Course Issuer Bid (“NCIB”)
• Reporting Form 13 - Notice of Intention To Make a Debt Substantial Issuer Bid ("DSIB")
• Reporting Form 14 A - NCIB Monthly Report for Investment Funds
• Reporting Form 14B - NCIB Monthly Report for Issuers that are not Investment Funds

Amended TSX Company Manual & Staff Notices
Due to the decommissioning of TSX SecureFile, certain housekeeping amendments were made to the TSX Company Manual. Please see the TSX Notice of Housekeeping Rule Amendments to the TSX Company Manual published on November 18, 2021, available at: https://decisia.lexum.com/tsx/na/en/nav_date.do.
In addition, all references to “TSX SecureFile” in Staff Notices 2013-0001, 2017-0004, and 2017- 0006 are replaced with “TMX LINX”.
