STAFF NOTICE TO APPLICANTS, LISTED ISSUERS, SECURITIES LAWYERS AND PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS
Change of Address Notice
Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") is providing notice that, effective September 25, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), TSX Listed Issuer Services (Equity Capital Markets — Toronto) ("Listed Issuer Services") will be moving from its existing office located at 130 King Street West to 300 - 100 Adelaide Street West. All physical documents required to be delivered to Listed Issuer Services on or after the Effective Date should be delivered to:

Service levels will remain unchanged and telephonic and electronic communications channels will be unaffected by the relocation of Listed Issuer Services.
