ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION On May 24, 2021, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (“Union”) filed a petition, docketed as AC-1678-21, seeking to add employees in the titles Senior Accountant Investigator (Rackets) (Title Code No. 30853), Supervising Accountant Investigator (Rackets) (Title Code No. 30854), and Principal Accountant Investigator (Rackets) (Title Code No. 30856) to Certification No. 46D-75, the Accounting and EDP bargaining unit. These titles are utilized by the District Attorney’s Offices of Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, and Richmond counties.

The City of New York (“City”) and the Union requested that the matter be held in abeyance while they negotiated a settlement. On September 11, 2023, the City and the Union signed a stipulation of settlement in which they agreed that employees in the titles Senior Accountant Investigator (Rackets) and Supervising Accountant Investigator (Rackets) are eligible for collective bargaining and the Union withdrew the petition as to the title Principal Accountant Investigator (Rackets). NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46D-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to add the titles Senior Accountant Investigator (Rackets) (Title Code No. 30853) and Supervising Accountant Investigator (Rackets) (Title Code No. 30854).
