The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 237, City Employees Union (“Union”) represents both bargaining units. 1 Notice of this petition was provided to the public and the Union, and no objections were filed. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 14-80 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, amended to delete the title Ultrasound Supervisor (Title Code No. 055060); and it is ORDERED that Certification No. 62C-75 (as previously amended) be further amended to add the title Ultrasound Supervisor (Title Code No. 055060).
