ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION On February 19, 2015, the Atlantic Maritime Group, International Organization of Masters, Mates, & Pilots, ILA, AFL-CIO (“Union”) filed a motion requesting that the Board amend Certification No. 44-76, the Marine Titles bargaining unit, to reflect that the bargaining representative has changed its name from Local 333, United Marine Division, International Longshoreman’s Association, AFL-CIO to the Atlantic Maritime Group, International Organization of Masters, Mates, & Pilots, ILA, AFL-CIO. Notice of this motion was given to the public and the City of New York. No objections were filed. Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied that it should grant the

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 44-76 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to reflect that the certificate holder has changed its name to the Atlantic Maritime Group, International Organization of Masters, Mates, & Pilots, ILA, AFL-CIO.
