ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION Pursuant to the Decision and Order in OSA, 11 OCB2d 22 (BOC 2018), an election was held by phone and on-line ballot in accordance with the Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining (Rules of the City of New York, Title 61, Chapter 1) (“OCB Rules”) § 1-02, for employees in the title Patient Representative (Title Code No. 00347C). The ballots were counted on November 9, 2018.
11 OCB2d 39 (BOC 2018) 2 The majority of employees casting valid ballots selected District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO as their representative for collective bargaining. No party filed objections in the time provided by OCB Rule § 1-02(r). NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46C-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to add the title Patient Representative (Title Code No. 00347C), subject to existing contracts, if any.
