Decision No. 25-87 2 Docket No. RE-164-87 On October 26, 1987, the City's Office of Municipal Labor Relations filed its petition herein, requesting the deletion of eight-six titles (plus specialties) from their respective certifications on the ground that these titles are vacant and obsolete, and will not be used in the future. The affected unions have received due notice, and notice of the pendency of this petition has been published in THE CITY RECORD and posted on the Board's Public Docket. No objections have been received. Moreover, our investigation confirms Petitioner's allegations. Accordingly, we shall grant the City's petition.
