RE-24-72 AFL-CIO, RU-445-74 RU-481-74 -and- RU-484-74 RU-492-74 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------- x ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION WHEREAS, on June 3, 1974, D.C. 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, filed a petition, RU-445-74, claiming to represent the title of Senior Principal Computer Programmer, later amended to include the additional title of Program Research Analyst; and WHEREAS, on November 4, 1974, D.C. 37 filed a petition, RU-481-74, claiming to represent the title of Principal Custodial Foreman; and WHEREAS, on November 12, 1974, D.C. 37 filed a petition, RU-484-74, claiming to represent the titles of Quantitative Analyst, Senior Quantitative Analyst, and Supervising Quantitative Analyst; and WHEREAS, on December 31, 1974, D.C. 37 filed a petition, RU-492-74, claiming to represent various Law Enforcement Assistance (LEAA) titles; and

RE-24-74 RU-445-74 RU-481-74 RU-484-74 RU-492-74 WHEREAS, the Office of Labor Relations of the City of New York has alleged the managerial/confidential status of all the titles in RU-445-74, RU-481-74, and RU-484-74, and the managerial/confidential status of one of the titles, Junior Operations Analyst (LEAA) in RU-492-74; and WHEREAS, in response to the City's omnibus managerial/ confidential petition, RE-24-72, Local 375, Civil Service Technical Guild, D.C. 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, has opposed the City's assertion that Principal Quantitative Analyst, a title closely related to Supervising Quantitative Analyst, is managerial and/or confidential; AND, it appearing to the Board of Certification that good and sufficient reasons exist for the consolidation for purposes of hearing of RU-445-74, RU-481-74, RU-484-74, that much of RU-492-74 as relates to Junior Operations Analyst (LEAA), and that much of RE-24-72 as relates to Principal Quantitative Analyst; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, that these cases be, and the same hereby are, consolidated.
