Notice of this petition was given to the Civil Service Bar Association, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 237, and the public, and no objections were filed. The Board of Certification is satisfied that there are no incumbents in the titles and that the City does not intend to use these titles in the future. See Local 144, SEIU, 40 OCB 25, at 2 (BOC 1987) (deleting vacant and obsolete titles).
