(Official decision follows.) ____________________________________________________________ OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION In the Matter of the Certification Proceeding -between- CITY OF NEW YORK, Petitioner, -and- DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Respondent. ____________________________________________________________ ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION On April 18, 2016, the City of New York filed a petition to amend Certification No. 46D-75, a bargaining unit represented by the District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (“Union”), to add Certified IT Administrator (LAN/WAN) (Title Code No. 13652) and to delete Certified IT Administrator (LAN) (Title Code No. 13641) and Certified IT Administrator (WAN) (Title Code No. 13642) to reflect the reclassification of employees in these titles. Notice of this petition was provided to the public and the Union, and no objections were filed. Our investigation shows that there are no employees currently

See, e.g., IBT L. 237, 3 OCB2d 46 (BOC 2010) (deleting vacant titles to reflect their reclassification). NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46D-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, amended to add Certified IT Administrator (LAN/WAN) (Title Code No. 13652), subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is ORDERED that Certification No. 46D-75 (as previously amended) be further amended to delete Certified IT Administrator (LAN) (Title Code No. 13641) and Certified IT Administrator (WAN) (Title Code No. 13642).
