RU-128-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------------- X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE. An agreement for determination of representative by checkoff having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that the employees in the titles hereinafter specified constitute an appropriate bargaining unit, and that a majority of the employees in the unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Senior Consultants (Child Welfare), Senior Consultants (Early Childhood Education), Senior Consultants (Parent Education), Senior Consultants (Public Health Social Work), and Assistant Chief Consultants (Mental Health Standards and Services) employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
