RU-173-70 -and- RU-228-70 RU-229-70 DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, RU-262-71 AFL-CIO -and-CITY INSPECTORS GUILD -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on November 15, 1971, pursuant to the amended Direction of Elections herein (Decision No.79-71), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Supervising Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Principal Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Supervising Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, Principal Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, and employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto, casting valid-ballots in said election, have voted against inclusion in a combined collective bargaining unit of Supervising Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Principal Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Supervising Inspectors of Ports and

Terminals, Principal Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Senior Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, Senior Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, and employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto; And it further appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Supervising Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Principal Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Supervising Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, Principal Inspectors of Ports and Terminals, and employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto, casting valid ballots, voted in favor of representation by Civil Service Forum, Local 300, SEIU, AFL-CIO; and no objection having been filed within the time provided therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that Civil Service Forum, Local 300, SEIU, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Supervising Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Principal Consumer Affairs Inspectors, Supervising
