RU-278-71 DISTRIBUTIVE WORKERS, A.L.A. -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER On July 12, 1971, District 65, Wholesale, Retail, Office and Processing Union, National Council of Distributive Workers, A.L.A., filed its petition herein, requesting certification as the collective bargaining representative of Legal Secretaries, Receptionists and Social Workers employed by Mobilization for Youth Legal Services, Inc. Although requested to do so, Petitioner has failed to submit proof of interest and the no-strike affirmation required under the Consolidated Rules (Rule 2.3b and Rule 2.17b). Accordingly, we shall dismiss the petition herein.
