Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X In the Matter of MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATION OF ELECTRONIC DECISION NO. 71-71 DATA PROCESSING PERSONNEL -and-DOCKET NO. RU-279-71 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed that the title of Principal Computer Operator should be added to the unit of Supervising Computer Operators covered by Certification No.40-68, presently held by Municipal Association of Electronic Data Processing Personnel. The title "Principal Computer Operator" was established by Personnel Order No.36/71, dated May 4, 1971. The title to which the principal title is sought to be accreted was included in a bargaining unit bearing number 40-68, prior to the establishment of the principal title. Under well established policy of this Board, accretion is applicable, and, accordingly, we shall accrete Principal Computer Operator to the unit covered by Certificate No.40-68.
Decision No. 71-71 Docket No. RU-279-71 2. 0 R D E R Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No..40-68 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Principal Computer Operator, and, as amended, such unit shall consist of Supervising Computer Operators and Principal Computer Operators employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
