RU-266-71 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed that the title of Public Health Sanitarian Trainee should be added to the unit of Public Health Sanitarians covered by Certification 1 NYCDL No.43, presently held by Local 768, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO. The title "Public Health Sanitarian Trainee" was classified by the City Civil Service Commission, by Resolution No.64-17 dated February 2, 1964. The title to which the trainee title is sought to be accreted was included in a bargaining unit bearing number 1 NYCDL Nb.43, prior to the classification of the trainee title. Under well established policy of this Board, accretion is applicable, and, accordingly, we shall accrete the trainee title to the titles in Certificate 1 NYCDL No.43.

Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification 1 NYCDL No.43'be.- and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Public Health Sanitarian Trainee; and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.69-71" and shall consist of Public Health Sanitarian Trainees and Public Health Sanitarians employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
