RU-273-71 THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed that the titles of Senior Court Officer and Supervising Court Officer should be substituted for the obsolete titles of Court Attendant [in the Supreme and Surrogate's Courts], Court Officer, and Court Crier in Certification 8 NYCDL No.5 (issued on January 20, 1966). The cited obsolete titles were abolished by the Administrative Board of the Judicial Conference, effective July 1, 1966, and replaced by the new titles of Senior Court Officer and Supervising Court Officer, respectively. The incumbents were reclassified accordingly. ORDERED, that Certification 8 NYCDL No.5 be, and the same hereby is, amended to substitute the titles of Senior Court Officer and Supervising Court Officer for the obsolete titles of Court Attendant [in the Supreme and Surrogate's Courts], Court Officer, and Court Crier; and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.67-71" and shall consist of Senior Court Officers, Supervising Court Officers, Chief Court Attendants, and Wardens, Grand Jury, employed by the Unified Court System within the City of New York, subject to existing contracts, if any.
