Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X In the Matter of DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, DECISION NO.65-71 AFL-CIO -and-DOCKET NO. RU-269-71 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Supervising Clerk (Income Maintenance) should be added to the unit of clerical and related titles covered by Certification No.58-71; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated locals, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby, ORDERED, that Certification No.58-71 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Supervising Clerk (Income Maintenance); and, as amended, said Certification shall consist of Supervising Clerks (Income Maintenance), Supervising Clerks, Supervising Tabulator Operators [formerly classified as

Supervising Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Supervising Tabulator Operator (Univac)], Supervising Blueprinters, Supervising Blueprinter and Photostat Operators, Supervising Stenographers, Supervising Typists, Supervising Telephone Operators, and Principal Account Clerks, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and subject to existing contracts, if any.
