Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X In the Matter of DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, DECISION NO.63-71 AFL-CIO, AND ITS AFFILIATED LOCALS DOCKET NO. RU-267-71 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Public Affairs) and Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Auditing) should be added to the unit of social service and related titles presently covered by Unit II of Certification No.40-71; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated locals, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Unit II of Certification No.40-71 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the titles of
Decision No.63-71 Docket No. RU-267-71 2. Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Public Affairs) and Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Auditing); and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.63-71" and shall consist of Supervising Human Resources Specialists (including all existing specialties), Senior Community Organization Specialists (Urban Renewal), Senior Area Services Coordinators, Supervising Area Services Coordinators, Community Specialists (Model Cities), Senior Community Specialists (Model Cities), Senior Addiction Specialists, Supervising Addiction Specialists, Community Liaison Workers, Senior Community Liaison Workers, Supervisors I (Child Welfare), Supervisors II (Child Welfare), Supervisors III (Child Welfare), Supervisors I (Welfare), Supervisors II (Welfare), Supervisors III (Welfare), Senior Children's Counselors, Senior Hospital Care Investigators, Supervising Hospital Care Investigators, Principal Hospital Care Investigators, and employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and subject to existing contracts, if any.
