RU-274-71 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - — - - - x ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTIFICATIONS The above named Union having petitioned to merge and consolidate Unit II of Certification bearing Decision No.83-70, covering various engineering, architectural, planning, scientific and related titles, with Certification bearing Decision No.41-71, covering Junior Urban Designer, Assistant Urban Designer, Urban Designer, and Senior Urban Designer; and the parties having agreed to such merger and consolidation of the cited certifications; and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that no question of representation exists and that it would be proper to merge and consolidate the two cited certifications presently held by Petitioner, so that, consolidated, one certified unit covering the said employees will result; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
