RU-264-71 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having stipulated, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the unit appropriate for collective bargaining consists of: Supervising Tabulator operator [formerly classified as Supervising Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Supervising Tabulator Operator (Univac)], together with the titles presently covered by Certification CWR-51/67; and An agreement dated August 3, 1971, for determination of representative status by check-off having been executed by the parties hereto; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated locals, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification CWR-51/67 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Supervising Tabulator Operator; and, as amended, said Certification shall be cited as "Decision No.58-71" and shall consist of Supervising Tabulator Operators [formerly classified as Supervising Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Supervising Tabulator Operator (Univac)], Supervising Blueprinters, Supervising Blueprinter and Photostat Operators, Supervising Clerks, Supervising Stenographers, Supervising Typists, Supervising Telephone Operators, Principal Account Clerks and employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and subject to existing contracts, if any.
