RU-258-71 -and- RU-263-71 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having stipulated, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the unit appropriate for collective bargaining consists of: Tabulator Operator Trainee (formerly classified as Tabulator Operator Trainee (IBM)], Tabulator Operator [formerly classified as Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Tabulator Operator (Univac)], Senior Tabulator operator (formerly classified as Senior Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Senior Tabulator operator (Univac)], Key Punch Operator [formerly classified as Alphabetic Key Punch Operator (IBM), Alphabetic Key Punch Operator (Univac), Numeric Key Punch Operator (IBM), or Numeric Key Punch Operator (Univac)], Senior Key Punch Operator [formerly classified as Senior Key Punch Operator (IBM) or Senior Key Punch Operator (Univac)], and Bookkeeping Machine Operator (formerly classified as Burroughs No.7200 Operator, Burroughs No.7800 Operator, Dalton Machine Operator, NCR No.2000 Operator, NCR No.3000 Operator, NCR No.3100 Operator, Remington Bookkeeping machine Operator, Typewriter Bookkeeper, or Comptometer Operator] together with the titles presently covered by Certification CIIR-52/67 (as previously amended); and.

An agreement dated August 3, 1971, for determination of representative status by check-off having been executed by the parties hereto; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated locals, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification CWR-52/67 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Tabulator Operator Trainee, Tabulator Operator, Senior Tabulator Operator, Key Punch Operator, Senior Key Punch operator and Bookkeeping Machine Operator; and, as amended, said Certification shall be cited as "Decision No.57-71" and shall consist of Tabulator Operator Trainees [formerly classified as Tabulator Operator Trainee (IBM)], Tabulator Operators [formerly classified as Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Tabulator Operator (Univac)], Senior Tabulator Operators (formerly classified as Senior Tabulator Operator (IBM) or Senior Tabulator Operator (Univac)], Key Punch Operators [formerly classified as Alphabetic Key Punch Operator (IBM), Alphabetic Key Punch Operator (Univac), Numeric Key Punch Operator (IBM), or Numeric Key Punch Operator (Univac)],
