Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION In the Matter of DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, DECISION NO. 55-71 AFL-CIO DOCKET NO. RU-265-71 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS DECISION AND ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto have agreed that the title of Nutritionist Trainee should be added to the unit of Nutritionists, Supervising Nutritionists and Principal Nutritionists covered by Certification CWR-100/67, as amended by Decision No.38-68, being presently held by Public Health Nutritionists Chapter, Local 768, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO. The title "Nutritionist Trainee" was established by Personnel Order No.34/68, dated April 17, 1968, and classified by the City Civil Service Commission by Resolution No.68-64, dated June 11, 1968. The titles to which the trainee title is sought to be accreted were included in a bargaining unit bearing number CWR-100/67, as amended, prior to the establishment and classification of the trainee title. Under well established policy of this Board, accretion is applicable, and, accordingly, we shall accrete the trainee title to the titles in Certificate No. CWR-100/67, as amended.
Decision No. 55-71 Docket No. RU-265-71 2. 0 R D E R Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification CWR-100/67, as amended by Decision No.38-68, be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the title of Nutritionist Trainee; and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No.55-71" and shall consist of Nutritionist Trainees, Nutritionists, Supervising Nutritionists and Principal Nutritionists employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification.
