RU-161-70 -and- and RU-162-70 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -----------------------------------X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE A self-determination election and a representation election having been simultaneously conducted in the above matter on June 15, 1971, pursuant to the Direction of Elections herein (Decision No. 37-71), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Senior Project Development Coordinators casting valid ballots in said election have voted against inclusion in a combined collective bargaining unit of Senior Project Development Coordinators, Project Development Coordinators, Assistant Project Development Coordinators, and Junior Project Development Coordinators; And it further appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Senior Project Development Coordinators casting valid ballots in said elections have voted for representation by New York City Society of Urban Renewal Coordinators; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby

RU-161-70 and RU-162-70 2 CERTIFIED that New York City Society of Urban Renewal Coordinators is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Senior Project Development Coordinators employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, and subject to existing contracts, if any.
