RU-259-71 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -------------------------------------x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the unit appropriate for collective bargaining consists of: Assistant Teacher (Day Care Center) and Teacher Aide (Day Care Center), together with the non-supervisory social service and related titles presently covered by Unit I of Certification No. 40-71; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated locals, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Unit I of Certification No. 40-71 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the titles of Assistant Teacher (Day Care Center) and Teacher Aide (Day Care Center); and, as amended, such unit shall be cited as "Decision No. 48-71" and shall consist of Teacher Aides (Day Care Center), Assistant Teachers (Day Care Center),
