RU-232-70 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------------- X DECISION AND ORDER Independent Traffic Employees Union, herein called Petitioner, filed an application to transfer to Petitioner a certification (Decision No. 29-68), previously issued to Traffic Enforcement Supervisory Association, as collective bargaining representative of Senior Parking Enforcement Agents, Supervising Parking Enforcement Agents, and Principal Parking Enforcement Agents. It appears from our investigation that the affiliation of Traffic Enforcement Supervisory Association with Petitioner was duly approved at a meeting of the membership of that Association, and the affiliation has been completed. Accordingly, the application to transfer the certification will be granted. 0 R D E R Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
